Nimra Khan’s ex-husband confirmed their divorce with a rather gutting choice of words a few days back. “I am old enough, I got rid of her, she was a f****ing headache, she was a proper headache,” said Raja Azam in a live video. The London-based police officer’s public declaration made rounds online and was met with criticism.
Following the hate angled towards Nimra, Nausheen Shah came out in her defense and spilled the tea on her relationship with the ex-husband.
If the fans speculated that the British cop appears abusive, they might just have been on the money. The Tarap actress took to Instagram to share that Nimra Khan’s ex-husband was abusive, impulsive, and disrespectful.

“Nimra Khan has gone through a lot in her life and tried her level best to make her marriage work. I’m glad she took a stand for herself. Her marriage was extremely toxic.”
Social media influencer, Mathira also voiced support for the Alif Allah Aur Insan actress. She called out all those that bash women for failed marriages rather than hold men accountable. The Insta Show host pointed out how women suffer because of the shortcomings of men in our society.
“Blame the woman because she got divorced. Curse the woman because she can’t give you a son. Shame the woman because she got raped. Kill the woman because she stood up for herself!”
After a brief period of marital bliss and social media PDA, Nimra Khan deleted all images of herself with Raja Azam. This immediately sparked rumors of their divorce but the Khobseerat actress remained hush about the matter.
Even when specifically asked about her relationship during an interview, Nimra chose to maintain her privacy and refused to comment.

On the contrary, Raja Azam took to Instagram to confirm divorce rumors. He had some not-so-nice things to say about the starlet.
