Adidas & Tommy Cash Create World Longest Shoe [Pictures]

A limited number of pairs are available on the Adidas app.

While sportswear brands are known for their function before fashion, Adidas deviated from that rapport to create the ‘world’s longest shoe’ in collaboration with Estonian rapper Tommy Cash.

Tommy Cash and Adidas’ collab created the new Adidas ‘Superstar’ sneakers feature a black and white shoe in a mismatched pair. So how did the X-Ray singer come up with this idea? He told Dazed that;

“Both the angel and the devil live in me at the same time, two opposites that are constantly fighting with each other, … So why hide one side of your personality when they can perfectly co-exist with each other?”

When the Estonian rap sensation told Adidas five months ago that he wanted to make the world’s largest shoe and the sports apparel label was shocked. Yet they went ahead with it.

Apparently, the different colors in the pair reflect Tommy’s mood, which he says changes every day.

“And I will proudly wear both versions of the iconic silhouette at the same time,”

These sneakers are quite a diva given how they won’t come in handy. The world’s longest shoe might be a show stopper but the COVID-19 pandemic but a damper on OTT fashion.

2021 has been all about sustainability and timeless classics that always come in handy.

Turns out the several feet long leather sneakers are a solitary pair. Adidas confirmed that the world’s longest shoes’ advertised in the pictures were just created for promotion.
