Akcent has a huge fanbase in Pakistan and the Romanian pop group would often tour in Pakistan. The last time Akcent was in Pakistan was back in 2016.
This time around the performer was just here for a meet and greet at Governor House Lahore. The singer tweeted about it earlier in October.

He mentioned that he’s here for the tea, so DG ISPR said that cup of tea is on him
Thanks for tagging. Most welcome. A fantastic cup of tea is scheduled in my office.

Even the person that made the mugs pitched in her part of the story. She’s the CEO behind the company that made these mugs for ISPR. Good thing they’ve been put to good use.

Besides the meet and greet there was a performance for those that were fortunate enough to attend.

Earlier in October, Akcent revealed there will be a meet and greet at Governor House VOK. The event is being organized by J.H Entertainment, so a performance was also expected.
The musician thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan, Governor Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar, Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar, Women Development Task Force Punjab Tanzila Imran Khan, and Director-General Inter-Services Public Relations Major General Asif Ghafoor in his tweet.
This marks Akecent’s return to Pakistan after three years. Too bad it wasn’t a series of organized concerts as suggested back in February.
