Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas left the internet in a state of bewilderment after she dropped her husband Nick Jonas’ last name from her social media profiles. She not only dropped ‘Jonas’ but ‘Chopra’ as well on Instagram. Divorce became the buzzword on the Internet the minute this happened.
Fans and media are baffled by the news but no proper clarification came from the star couple. However, the Matrix Resurrection star’s mother Madhu Chopra dismissed the divorce rumors in a recent interview to the News18 channel. She said,
“It’s all rubbish, don’t spread rumors.”
But this has surely created a buzz in fans that why has she changed her name. Even though a few days back they were seen celebrating the Hindu religion festival Diwali together.
And although she dropped her surname from the social media platform the diva is seen extending her love and support for her husband Nick Jonas in his recent post. The singer shared his workout video on Instagram, the actress took to the comment section and represses the divorce rumors in style. She wrote,
“Damn! I just died in your arms.”
That is indeed the sigh of relief for the power couple’s fans.
