Starting off at the age of just three and a half, Arisha was featured in several branded commercial ads. Later on, she went to star in several hit drama serials. These shows included Omer Dadi Aur Gharwale, Mastana Mahi, Kitni Girhain Baaki Hain, Aastana, Sannata, Na Kaho Tum Mere Nahi, Tanhai, Malika-e-Aliya, Abro, Sadqay Tumhare, Baba Jani to name a few.
She was even the host for the popular comedy show Hum Sab Umeed Sai Hain.
