With the haram police going after female celebrities over their attire at the Hum Style Awards 2021, Armeena Khan is clapping back at trolls.
Although the Sherdil starlet was not present at the Hum Style Awards 2021, she wasn’t going to stand for trolls claiming moral high ground over all the female celebs at the awards’ night.

From memes to straight-up slut-shaming and bashing, female celebs were the main target of trolls irked by the television award show. So the Yalghaar actress Armeena Khan took to Twitter to call out the trolls claiming the moral high ground.

She called out how we are no one to judge, especially given the hypocrisy of trolls. While men donning Western wear wasn’t a problem, the same irked many including people in the biz. Apparently, women wearing Western wear threatened cultural preservation.

For those that felt the Hum Style Awards were missing the pizzaz of style. That was far more acceptable criticism compared to straight-up slut-shaming women.
Some people stooped as low as doing character assassination of the female celebs. Of course, the Janaan actress wasn’t about to let that slide.

On the work front, the Daldal actress is on another hiatus from our screens. She was last seen in Mohabbatien Chahatein costarring Junaid Khan and Hira Mani. She played the antagonist in the 2020 drama.
