Avril Lavigne Confronts Topless Protestor at Juno Awards [Video]

Popular music artist, Avril Lavigne was interrupted by a topless protestor on stage at the 2023 Juno Awards on Tuesday at Rogers Place, Canada.

Lavigne was on stage to introduce artist AP Dhillon when a woman wearing nothing but pink pants and a matching bandana with heart-shaped nipple pasties jumped up on stage. The so-called activist said nothing but danced and twerked much to the annoyance of Lavigne.

The “Sk8er Boi” singer channeled her iconic punk rock persona as she told the topless protester to get off stage in a not-so-polite manner. Clips of the incident went viral on social media as people praised Lavigne’s reaction to the incident.

Fan appreciated Avril for not losing her cool as she carried on while security dragged the woman away from the stage.

Avril Lavigne addressed the incident later on during her acceptance speech for winning the TikTok Juno Fan Award. She quipped,

Now, nobody try anything this time or the Canadian will come out of me, and I’ll f*ck a b*tch up!
