The culture of EDM (electronic dance music) is popular all over the world. Recently, the electronic music genre came to Pakistan this weekend as the Art Festival and Solis Music invited some of the biggest names in EDM.

The event, which was held in Karachi, featured the likes of Kill the Buzz, French duo FDVM, Turhan James, Neha Khan, Hussain Dosa, Maleo, Ocenavs Orientalis, and the well-known Clean Bandit.
An Event To Remember
The event lived up to the hype as these amazing artists got the crowd jumping and dancing to their beats. However, the biggest surprise came from the most unlikely celebrity at the event. Any guesses? It is was our very own ‘Khoobsurat’ from the hit comedy Bulbulay!
The Show Stealer
You heard it right! Pakistani actress Ayesha Omar took to stage to perform an original track with the French artists FDVM. The popular duo pumped up the crowd with the their amazing beats and mixing things up by incorporating some classic Pakistani songs like Nadia Hasan’s Disco Diwane and Bibi Shireen.

Just when everyone thought it couldn’t get any crazier, Ayesha Omar made a surprise appearance on stage. Her performance with the French duo was a real eye opener. The actress performed an original song in which she transitioned between English and Urdu very smoothly. Check out the clip!
