Ayeza Khan has found herself a way to stay away from these things and rather focus on her own self. She shares details on how she is maintaining her health.

“Hello Hello! Just got my customised diet plan from @getfitathletic to help me stay in shape during quarantine! ?? If you’re looking to reach your fitness goals whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain or even maintain in a healthy way, they are your people,” she wrote on her Instagram.

You are what you eat and that is entirely true. Most of the times, we overlook this fact and consume foods that are unhealthy and can also cause digestive problems.
