Behroze Sabzwari, a legendary figure in Pakistani television and film, continues to capture audiences with his candid personality and exceptional acting.

Known for his unforgettable roles as Nosha in Khuda Ki Basti and Qabacha in Tanhaiyan, Behroze has also graced screens in popular dramas like Yunhi, Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Humsafar, and Khumar.

Married to Safina Behroze, the couple shares a close bond with their son, Shahroz Sabzwari, another well-known name in the industry.

Recently, Behroze made headlines during his appearance on Madeha Naqvi’s morning show Subh Ka Samaa, where he expressed his views on the rising divorce rates.

Speaking openly, he attributed the trend to excessive pampering of daughters by their families. “I attend grand wedding events with budgets of 20 crores, yet many of these marriages don’t last beyond a few months or even days,” Behroze remarked.

He noted that while families often encourage their daughters to “live like a queen” after lavish weddings, this mindset can lead to unrealistic expectations. “No matter how modern a husband is, he remains his parents’ son. Both the girls and their parents share responsibility in these situations,” he added.

Safina Behroze echoed similar sentiments, stressing the need for simpler wedding ceremonies. She highlighted that extravagant spending does not guarantee marital success and urged families to focus on the essence of marriage rather than the grandeur of the event.

Behroze’s forthright comments have sparked a mix of reactions, with many praising his honesty and others debating the complexity of modern relationships. Known for never shying away from expressing his views, Behroze once again proves that he’s as vocal and relevant off-screen as he is on it.
