The pandemic has been getting worse in Pakistan. A lot of famous personalities have been affected by the virus, and while some have recovered, more and more new cases are emerging on a daily basis. On Saturday, singer and musician Bilal Maqsood revealed that he has tested positive for coronavirus.
Bilal Maqsood is a member of Strings, the famous Pakistani pop band. The 49-year-old was conducting a Q&A session on his official Instagram account when a fan asked him how he was doing.
The musical artist replied saying:
I’ve tested positive, but we are all fine.
The number of cases in Pakistan has gone up to more than 180,000, with the death rate almost at 5%. With more than 71,000 people already discharged, we hope Bilal Maqsood too recovers from coronavirus soon.
