Billie Eilish Gets Restraining Order Against Shirtless Stalker

The stalker was previously spotted around the singer’s family home.

Billie Eilish has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who was found shirtless outside her Los Angeles home.

Raymond Black, the man in question, has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the 21-year-old pop star and her family after she reportedly came face-to-face with Black standing outside her living room window without a shirt on.

According to the singer, he was allegedly gazing at her through the glass, and when she turned on the lights, he fled the scene. She immediately called 911, and police arrived to search the area. Black was later arrested nearby.

This is not the first time Black has been spotted around Billie Eilish’s home. He was reportedly lurking around the house last year while it was under construction, and he has also shown up at her parent’s residence looking for her.

The judge’s decision was based on “a credible threat of violence or stalking.” Black is also forbidden from going near Billie Eilish’s parents’ home, where he had previously shown up looking for the singer.
