Pakistani actress Eshal Fayyaz made her acting debut with the drama serial Abro. That project landed her a movie. However, that movie sparked her marriage rumors with Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar.
The actress was lucky enough to land a film after her debut drama caused a flood of nasty rumors about her. Eshal Fayyaz made her film debut with Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar’s directorial debut ‘Kaaf Kangana‘.

Despite the film tanking at the box office, it is an impressive addition to Eshal’s portfolio. She has come a long way from when she caught everyone’s eye in a music video. Do you remember her from the appearance in the music video for Ahmed Siddiq’s ‘Sher Khan‘?
Her sudden rise to fame led to conspiracy theories such as her rumored marriage to scriptwriter KRQ. Both parties denied the rumors but now the actress is spilling the tea on the whole ordeal.
In her appearance in Nida Yasir’s ‘Shan-e-Suhoor,‘ Eshal Fayyaz made some surprising revelations. She talked about how the rumors affected her.
“I was initially afraid, but my mother said I need to tell people. I was so upset, crying in my room, but my mother told me to face this and talk about this, … After that, I released my statement and talked to Khalil-ur-Rehman Sahab on the matter.”
The actress thinks social media plays a role in spreading rumors and creating controversies.
“There’s a lot of negativity and bullying,” said Eshal.
At the time she even cleared the air with her director KRQ. She talked about how the rumors didn’t affect their relationship and they’re like family.
“His wife is quite hot-tempered, and she even scolded bloggers. That how can they say such things about her husband and a girl,” she said.

Even now she’s working on a project with KRQ, his upcoming film ‘Mein Hon Teri Gulnaz‘.
“I have no idea, God knows from where the rumors came and who was spreading it. I am still doing one of Khalil-Ur-Rehman’s favorite scripts, I am still connected to him and we still have good talking terms and Khalil Sahab is like a family to me.”
It’s nice to see an artist with no family background make it in the biz. Some of the most appreciated contemporary artists also emerged after similar struggles.
