Fact Check: Did TikToker Dolly Really Set Margalla Hills Ablaze For A Video?

The influential TikTok star denies the allegations

With all the hullabaloo going on about TikToker Dolly setting fire to Margalla Hills, Islamabad. The TikTok sensation recently came up with a video that shuns all the speculation and criticism going on against her.

According to Dolly, the fire had already been blazing when she reached the location and it was kindled by the locals to get rid of the long grass containing snakes. The makeup artist uploaded an 11-second video of her performing a song with a forest fire in the background prompting a public outcry.

The TikToker turned to her gram and uploaded another video as a clarification statement to refute the allegations that she set the forest on fire to film video. She backed her statement with prood of a BTS video in which a local is taking responsibility for the fire in the forest. She also clarifies that the location is Motorway.

An FIR was also lodged against Dolly and her teammates at Kohsar Police Station. Even after proving herself innocent, people are not buying it and calling it a cheap publicity stunt. Also, they are accusing her of morphing the video.
