As Sarah Khan and Falak Shabbir celebrate a new addition to their family, the singer is not coming in slow with social media PDA for his wife, and now the mother of his child.
The couple has been sharing tidbits from their new lives as parents on social media. Falak Shabir even shared a series of videos and pictures of his wife and newborn daughter, as a tribute to the Raqs-e-Bismil actress.
“When it comes to true strength and the ability to endure pain, women blow us away. The morning sickness, the heartburn, the sleeplessness, backaches, mood swings, and what not!,”
He talked about the stress of parenthood with an emphasis on motherhood. The Zindagi singer is truly in awe of his wife and motherhood.
“Then there’s also the mental stress of worrying that the baby they’re carrying is healthy, juggling work with pregnancy exhaustion, trying to plan out the nursery down to the last perfectly matched detail, and coming up with a baby name that’s unique enough to stand out! Then, at the time of giving birth the pain mother feels is similar to 20 bones getting fractured at a time. Can you imagine the mother’s pain and love? SubhanAllah!”
The Ijazat singer then went on to laud mothers as superheroes and
“I’m convinced that mothers are superheroes, because they can handle anything the universe has to throw at them!” the singer wrote.
Known for his frequent social media PDA on Instagram, Falak ended the emotional note saying;
“Sarah, you’re not just a mother of my child but also the beat of my heart. I promise to love you and protect you and our daughter till the day I die.”
The couple had kept their pregnancy under wraps until the second trimester when they made an official announcement in June. Since then they have kept fans posted throughout the pregnancy with pictures and videos on social media.
