Fans Celebrate Pakistan’s Miracle Jump into the Semi-Finals with Bhangra Performance Outside Adelaide Oval Stadium

Some fans decked in green outfits danced their hearts out to Abrar-ul-Haq’s ‘Nach Panjaban’.

The Pakistani cricket team surprised the world with its unexpected bounce into the T20 World Cup 2022 semi-finals, which had seemed impossible after the loss of the first two important matches. They sealed an unexpected tournament comeback after the Netherlands’ shocking win against South Africa, and following Pakistan’s win over Bangladesh by five wickets on Sunday in a nailbiting match.

Fast bowler, Shaheen Shah Afridi, produced a match-winning performance of four wickets for 22 runs and echoed the sentiments of Pakistan fans and players who are hoping the team will end the tournament on another high.

Pakistani cricket fans couldn’t just hold their excitement and celebrated with an exuberant dance performance outside the Adelaide Oval Stadium. Clad in shimmery green shalwar-kameezes, they did the bhangra to Abrar-ul-Haq’s hit song Nach Panjaban.
