Recently, the Khoobsurat actor was seen giving an interview in which he made a controversial statement about award shows. Khan has shed light on the unfair culture of award shows not only in Pakistan but internationally.
Fawad Khan has a very different perspective on award shows despite winning national and international awards and being the host of all the big award shows in Pakistan, including Lux Style Awards and Hum Awards.
During a recent interview, he stated that he does not think award shows are fair. Talented actors should not be pitted against one another, he believes. He further mentioned that there are times when equally good performances with less hype are ignored while those with more hype are recognized.
He went on to say that it is happening all over the world not just in Pakistan.
