Renowned actors Faysal Quraishi and Azfar Rehman shared their thoughts on Instagram influencers and TikTokers, like Dananeer Mobeen, making their way into the showbiz industry.
During a recent episode of Bahar-e-Mehmaan on AAN TV, the duo tackled the topic, emphasizing that success in acting ultimately hinges on dedication to the craft.
Azfar Rehman expressed his surprise at the impressive acting skills of Dananeer Mobeen, famously known as the “Pawri ho rahi hai” girl. He noted how far she has come since her viral moment, showcasing her talent beyond social media fame.
Faysal Quraishi chimed in with a personal anecdote from the set of their upcoming film, where he witnessed Dananeer’s unwavering commitment to her role.
“Dananeer Mobeen is a very hardworking star who has a social media background,” Faysal remarked. He recounted a recent filming experience in Muzaffarabad, where Dananeer tirelessly rehearsed a challenging scene.
“She practiced that scene a hundred times. She said that she wanted to give a perfect shot and that’s why she’s practicing in this heat. That’s the passion that is seen in today’s young actors,” he added, highlighting her determination to excel.

Faysal also addressed the criticism surrounding influencers stepping into acting roles, dismissing the notion that they are not “real actors.” He pointed out that while some may appear in a few shows just to experience the allure of the industry, there are many hardworking youngsters genuinely striving to make a name for themselves in acting.
With the industry constantly changing, it seems that influencers like Dananeer are proving that with passion and perseverance, they can indeed make a mark on the silver screen.
