In a candid interview on ARY Digital’s The Knock Knock Show with host Mohib Mirza, A-list actor Faysal Quraishi shared a touching incident from his struggling days, highlighting the generosity of fellow film star Shaan Shahid.
Faysal Quraishi, currently one of the most prominent and highest-paid actors in the Pakistani entertainment industry, opened up about a challenging period in his life when financial constraints made it difficult for him to afford designer clothes for multiple shooting projects.
Recalling the difficult times, Quraishi stated,
I remember there was a difficult time when I didn’t have money even for food, let alone the wardrobe for the projects. So I used to borrow it from friends.
During the interview, Faysal Quraishi recounted a specific instance when he was shooting for a song, and coincidentally, he encountered Shaan outside the studio. The veteran actor casually inquired about Quraishi’s presence and attire, to which he responded that he was filming a song wearing a regular shirt and pants.
The unexpected turn of events unfolded when Shan Shahid offered valuable fashion advice to Faysal Quraishi. Advising him to dress in a t-shirt and leather jacket for the song shoot, Shaan’s gesture of kindness went beyond words.
Quraishi, lacking the financial means to purchase the suggested wardrobe, was pleasantly surprised when Shaan offered him his own clothes for the shoot.
