R&B artist Hasan Raheem has dedicated his hit dance track “Peechay Hut” to the brave women who participated in the 2023 Aurat March.
The young singer/songwriter revealed that he wrote the iconic “Rasta choriye ab hum agaye…” for Justin Bibis, who were featured on the viral Coke Studio Season 14 single. He is proud that the song has now become the “voice of Pakistani women”.
The sensational singer vowed to stand tall with all the women across Pakistan in their fight against injustice.
Hasan Raheem wrote a lengthy tweet to announce his viral track “Peechay Hut” has become the official anthem of the Aurat March. He tweeted on Tuesday,

In a follow-up tweet, the 25-year-old stated that he is “standing in solidarity with the brave women of Pakistan who are out on the streets to demand their rights and are fighting for gender equality”.
Hasan added, “We must listen, we must support, and we must act.” He concluded his Twitter thread with a dua for the safety and guidance for everyone.
Hasan Raheem’s tweet came in response to a viral clip shared by the Aurat March Lahore’s official account in which women are chanting the lyrics to the hit track during a street rally.
Hasan Raheem is a popular indie singer and songwriter on the rise. Known for his laid-back, subtle, R&B, and hip-hop style, he is a trending artist among the youth.
