Following the footsteps of her brother, Dua Malik has also discovered her spiritual side.
Just a few days ago, Dua shared the news that from now on she will be wearing a hijab. Her decision was appreciated by many and of course, her family was very supportive as well.
Being the elder one, Humaima Malik showered all her love for her siblings and is supporting them throughout their spiritual journey. This has also led to many assumptions that soon, Humaima will also come out and make a similar announcement.

Recently Humaima shared a video of her younger sister reciting a Na’at. She also wrote a message of encouragement for Dua.
“This treasure side of you youve kept hidden from the world for years. Time to live your innerself fearlessly! @duamalik”
As Dua was present at a Shia gathering, Humaima first cleared up the misconception that her family is Sunni but Dua got married into a Shia household.
“I know youre gonna misconceive I’m Shia. Firstly she belongs to a Sunni family and got married into Shias, mother to 2 Syed children.”

She further went on to say that rather than dividing ourselves into various sects, we should follow the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), who ‘taught us to be ummati’.
“We all are Muslims, we all are human.“
Humaima also revealed that this video was taken 4 years ago but she is sharing it now because it just seemed right.
Nonetheless, it is rare to see the spiritual sides of our showbiz stars, and Humaima Malik has given us her personal insight on this.
