Popular Pakistani entertainment channel ARY Digital suffered a breach in security. Someone or an organization hacked in to their YouTube channel. According to reports, Indian or Indian individuals are responsible for this alleged cyber attack.
The ARY Digital team of IT experts managed to recover their YouTube channel successfully from the Indian hackers. ARY’s administration states that their YouTube channel, which has over 29 million subscribers, was hacked for some time. During the time, these alleged hackers harassed the followers, creating disruption on the channel’s content.
ARY is a very popular Pakistani television network that is available in not just Pakistan, but the Middle East, North America and Europe. The ARY Group of companies is a Dubai-based holding company that was founded by Pakistani business tycoon, Abdul Razzak Yaqoob. The network is focused towards promoting Pakistani content and news.
Cyber attacks have become a common trend in Pakistan. There have been several notable foreign attacks, including one on Pakistan’s largest data center FBR on the 14th of August last year.
