Recently, during a lively chat on Nida Yasir’s Shaan-e-Suhoor, Hareem opened up about her career and personal life, and let’s just say, she didn’t hold back. The burning question on everyone’s lips? “When are you getting married?”
With her signature wit, Hareem Farooq made it clear that she’s in no rush to walk down the aisle.
At 35, she’s seen it all—well, almost. While her parents aren’t exactly pushing her to settle down, they do get a tad frustrated with proposals that don’t quite meet their “Hareem-approved” standards. “They just want someone who’s a good human being,” she quipped.
“I’ll get married when the right person comes along,” she said. She emphasized the importance of waiting for the right person and letting things unfold naturally, rather than succumbing to societal pressures.
As for her ideal partner? She’s looking for someone gentle, God-fearing, and compassionate—basically, a real-life prince charming. She made it clear that her future husband won’t be a family member, as her parents are firmly against that.
