Amidst swirling rumors regarding the pregnancy of the late singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s mother, Charan Singh, his father, Balkaur Singh, has stepped forward to put the rumors to rest.

In a recent Facebook post in Punjabi, Balkaur Singh confirmed that the family is not expecting a child and urged well-wishers to refrain from believing the various rumors circulating about their family.

“We are grateful to Sidhu’s well-wishers who are concerned about our family. But we request you not to believe the many rumors being circulated about the family,” the 60-year-old expressed on his Facebook account.

Earlier reports had suggested that the couple had undergone IVF treatment with plans to expand their family, leading to rumors of a pregnancy due in March. However, Singh’s statement clarifies the situation, emphasizing that any significant news concerning the family would be shared directly with their supporters.

In May 2022, Charan and Balkaur Singh tragically lost their son, Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, known worldwide as the renowned singer Sidhu Moose Wala, in a fatal shooting incident. Moose Wala, born in June 1993, was the only child of his parents and had risen to prominence in the Punjabi music industry since 2017.

Despite his untimely demise, Moose Wala’s music continues to resonate with audiences, with several posthumous releases amassing millions of views on platforms like YouTube. The loss of their son propelled Moose Wala’s parents into the spotlight as advocates for justice, with ongoing efforts to seek closure and accountability for the tragedy.

As the family navigates through the aftermath of their heartbreaking loss, they remain steadfast in honoring Moose Wala’s legacy while requesting privacy and understanding from the public amidst unfounded rumors and speculation.
