Controversial rapper Kanye West has leaked a jailhouse call with Sean “Diddy” Combs, intensifying his ongoing feud with Kim Kardashian.

Sources reveal that Diddy was reportedly unaware that his conversation with Ye was being recorded.

The leaked call surfaced on The Shade Room’s Instagram, where it was captioned: “The Shade Room has obtained a conversation between #KanyeWest and #Diddy where the two show each other love and support.

They discuss music, family, freedom, and more.” In the video, Diddy candidly discusses his time in jail, thanking Kanye for “taking care of my kids” and lamenting that no one had reached out to them during his incarceration.

A source close to Diddy stated, “Puff didn’t know it was being recorded [on video],” emphasizing that Combs thought West was simply “checking in” on his children. While all prison calls are recorded internally, they are not typically made public, raising questions about how this footage made its way into the public eye.

Diddy is currently being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, to which he has pleaded not guilty.

The call’s content took a musical turn when West sampled Diddy’s heartfelt gratitude in his new track, “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine.” A snippet of the song was briefly shared on X (formerly Twitter) before being deleted.

Adding fuel to the fire, Kanye West included vocals from his daughter, North West, in the track, a move that Kardashian reportedly opposed, attempting to prevent its release.

A source noted that Diddy is merely “collateral damage” in this ongoing feud, stating, “The beef is really with Kim.”
