Kanye West may be an incredible rapper but we all know the man is a little off his hinges (or a little too much). Now the Jesus Walks creator wants to change his name to “Christian Genius Billionaire“.
Recently Forbes listed Yeezy as the richest hip-hop artist worth an estimated 240 million dollars. Though he wants to go by billionaire not millionaire. At the Fast Company Innovation Festival, he argued that Forbes got it wrong.
“When I did Forbes, I showed them a $890 million receipt and they still didn’t say ‘billionaire.'”

He wrote off the whole ‘not getting the numbers right’ ordeal to prejudice. Well, Kanye’s brand Yeezy is estimated to cross 1.5 billion dollars this year.
“They don’t want us to know that we can buy land; they don’t want us to have the 100 percent ownership [that] I have at Yeezy,”

Yeezy being the headstrong person he is, he doesn’t care if it’s crass and floated the idea of legally changing his name to Billionaire.
“When people say it’s crass to call yourself a billionaire, I say I might legally change my name to Christian Genius Billionaire Kanye West for a year until y’all understand exactly what it is… It will be on the license plate.”

The eccentric musician didn’t stop there. At the the Fast Company Innovation Festival, he also revealed he intends to run in the 2024 elections. We now know he’ll be using the potential to create jobs in his campaign. He is pretty close to President Donald Trump, so let’s see what else Kanye’s campaign will have.
