As predicted by the Met department, Karachi received a heavy downpour this afternoon. The department had predicted intermittent rain for Friday in Karachi.
Earlier, there were reports of weather soaring upto 50 degree centigrade but the latest rain in the city has turned weather pleasant.
Also there are reports of power outage in various part of Karachi. K-Electric has advised citizens to stay away from broken electricity wires, poles and PMTs for their safety. “Consumers should contact on 118 helpline in case of any complaint,” Spokesperson of the K-Electric stated.
