He dropped other people too

Khalil also dropped two heroines from the film – Sohai Ali Abro and Urwa Hocane – before launching a new face Eshal Fayyaz. He was very angry with Urwa’s non-serious and reckless approach towards the movie.

According to him, Urwa worked on the film for a little over three weeks. Things got so bad that during the last seven days, Khalil claims that he passed out after using anti-depressants. He had no choice but to fire Urwa from the project.

I had issues with her (during shooting), and I used to tell her to mend her ways, but there came a time that I had to say goodbye to her. She was not even performing well, and I had regret in letting her go.”

The film, featuring the likes of Sami Khan, Ayesha Omar, Sajid Hasan, among many other starlets, is releasing on October 25.
