On Monday, Kasa-e-Dil star Komal Aziz took to Instagram to answer a few questions posed by her fans. In the casual Q&A session, the actress opened up about her aspirations and shared that she isn’t inspired by anyone in the industry.
Fans were curious about her life as an actor and asked her many questions about her education and business. When asked who her inspiration was in the industry. Komal Aziz said “No one”. Commenting on the shallowness of the ‘limelight’ and ‘celebrity status,’ she said,
“I don’t understand what’s so inspiring about our Pakistani actors. Their looks? Their money or the fact that they can endorse anything for money?”
The Mohlat actor admitted that she wasn’t above this criticism either.
“My biggest inspiration is Edhi Sahab, Adeeb Rizvi, and all such philanthropists. All the people who help humanity without posting it on Instagram. More power to you.”
Her young female fans also asked her for some advice. The actress stressed the need to get education and be financially independent. She also said that it’s important to take care of yourself mentally as well as physically. She wrote,
“Get education. Focus on learning a skill that can make you good money. Be financially independent. Take care of your physical and mental health.”
