Sportsman and philanthropist, Shahid Afridi has big news to share with fans. The ace cricketer is all set to open up his own restaurant. And it’s called Lala Dardar!
Looks like his newest business venture extends to the food market. Based on what the cricket star shared on Instagram, his restaurant will offer authentic desi food to people. Though the sportsman was rather stingy with the details only sharing that;
“One step closer to the big announcement. Get ready to give your taste buds a mouthwatering triple tarka.”
Shahid Afridi is seen donning a chef’s jacket and trying to flex his culinary skills in the video that he shared. The video shows him slicing vegetables and tossing a tomato rather than the usual cricket ball we’re used to seeing him do.
Word is that the former cricket captain restaurant will be launched in Dubai. However, this is just hearsay, we’re wondering if the cricketer would perhaps be opening a chain of restaurants.
After all, he has more fans here in Pakistan. A restaurant led by an athlete is bound to draw in people with at least a touch of passion for cricket
Of course and we can already see that the logo for Lala Darbar highlights the owner’s sports background. His famous victory pose is part of the restaurant’s brand.
