The Parizaad actress is over the moon with Shahid Afridi’s words of encouragement and duas that she went to on said: “Lala ney dil jeet liya” (Lala won my heart).Â
When it comes to cricket, Shahid Afridi’s name is synonymous with the sport. Nicknamed ‘Boom Boom’, Afridi captivated fans worldwide with his thrilling and explosive brand of cricket. It is not just the Pakistanis who love ‘Lala’, but everyone around the world as well. Despite having retired from the sport, Afridi continues to win over fans and followers on social media.
As to why and how the two stars shared a flight, Ushna took to her Twitter to reveal she was on her way to Lahore to shoot a film when she met ‘Lala’. However, Afridi was not the only cricket star she met. Ushna took to social media to share a picture of Pakistan women’s team spin maestro Sadia Iqbal. Ironically, Ushna Shah is set to play a “leg-spinner” in the secret upcoming project!
