While talking about the success of the drama, Mawra was also asked how do actors deal with criticism on social media and how it affects them.

Sharing her thoughts, she said,

“I think an actor gets affected just like a normal person. People don’t realize that an actor is also a human being and of course it affects us deeply.”

She further said,

“If criticism is regarding our work then we can use it as a fuel despite the fact that we like it or not. Sometimes we don’t invite unnecessary criticism on our work. I can overlook it. For example, if somebody attacks Anaya, I can listen to it and move on, but when they attack Mawra, it feels that they have forgotten that we are humans as well.”

Talking about the impact of social media on new actors, Mawra said,

“After so many years, I have been able to filter it but for new actors, it is not easy. It must be really hard for them because they are coming in the time of social media. The hate on social media is very loud. I hope God give them courage because it hurts a lot.”
