Amid the Coronavirus pandemic, many celebrities are posting awareness messages. That’s what Meera did too, so why was she trolled for it? That might have to do with adding her own two cents.
Most celebs are pushing for the standard messages like wash your hands, social distancing, and self-quarantine. But not Meera Jee, because of course. She has her own ‘Coronaviris solution’.
The Pakistani actress tried to share awareness about Coronavirus in a video message about the causes and solutions of COVID-19. It started off fine.
“Coronavirus is a virus that has gone to become a pandemic across the world.”

The next part is where it gets tricky. Rather than preaching the necessary steps like social distancing and self-quarantine, the actress just said ‘eat halal‘ and called it a day.
“A solution to this would be halal eating and sanitation that would prevent this kind of behavior”
