Meet the Cast of Pakistani Horror Movie “Record” [Pictures]

2020 is already shaping up to be a phenomenal year for the Pakistani film industry. While many film-goers might be tired of the same genre of romcoms and action thrillers, Kashif Khan Productions will break the cycle with a unique horror film!

Rejoice horror fans as writer and director Kashif Khan is working on a spooky film of the paranormal nature! The film titled Record is a documentary-style film about a team of paranormal researchers exploring a haunted building.

What’s It About?

The film follows a filmmaker and her cameraman roaming around a spooky building and like all classic horror tropes, the pair are trapped in the building as it comes to life!

A Less Explored Genre

A sort of homage to Hollywood classics like Paranormal Activity, The Blair Witch Project and REC, this film is a refreshing experiment for the Pakistani industry. Record aims to break barriers for the industry in terms of variety.

The film features fresh faces which include Sarah Asghar, Inayat Khan, Maharukh Rizvi and Faisal Akhtar.

The project is a collaboration between Kashif Khan Production and Malaysian based productions like Kre8ive Films and Mcmaan International.
