Michelle Obama recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and spoke about many different things including her book’s success and podcasts. Jimmy Kimmel, however, wanted to ask her an inappropriate question. And the Former First Lady of the United States had a perfect response ready for the host.
In the interview, a clip of which was posted on the show’s official YouTube channel, Jimmy asked Michelle a question about sex. Yes, you read that right! He asked the former FIRST LADY whether or not she made love. He said:
SEAL Team 6 took out Osama Bin Laden at your husband’s order. Did you and your husband make love that night, to celebrate?
The question put the audience in fits of laughter, and Michelle too couldn’t help but laugh. However, she had an answer ready for him. She said:
You know, I have to tell your audience that- for some very sick reason- you are very obsessed with this portion of that major historical event. In a way that no one else, NO ONE, in the history of all the conversations I’ve had has anybody drilled down on this particular point, like you Jimmy Kimmel.
Her answer made everyone in the audience laugh, including Jimmy Kimmel himself. Watch the full video here:
On the show, it was also revealed that more than 15 million copies were sold of the book written by Michelle Obama. In comparison, only 3 million copies were sold of the book written by Barack Obama.
