Is there some bad blood here or just a coincidence? According to what Mikaal Zulfiqar said on Bol Nights with Ahsan Khan, there’s definitely something going on between the two.
Fans loved seeing Mahira Khan and Mikaal Zulfiqar together in Shehr-e-Zaat and often voiced requests for them to work together again. However, it turns out Mahira Khan doesn’t want to.

When Ahsan Khan asked Mikaal whether he would want to work with Mehwisht Hayat or Mahira Khan, the Sherdil actor said;
“Both, they are amazing, but if I have to choose one I will go for Mehwish because Mahira won’t work with me.”

When Ahsan probed the actor to explain his answer, he just said Mahira Khan should answer that.
“I felt like she won’t work with me although we have shared the screen in Shehr-e-Zaat. You can ask Mahira Khan whether she will work with me or not.”
Based on the all the giggles going round, the Dewar-e-Dil actor might have just been stirring the pot.
