The new mom is receiving praiseworthy comments from her followers for maintaining a healthy weight post-pregnancy. Understandably, people are curious to find out how is she managing all of this.
In a recent Instagram post, she breaks down that what we see in pictures isn’t the reality. She shares her journey of motherhood and pens down her struggles of getting back in shape.
Natasha says that while she admires women who magically go back to being fit right after giving birth, she also feels that it somehow puts a lot of pressure on women in general. It is not easy to keep up with the standards of the society because our bodies are not the same. They are constantly evolving.
Upon receiving queries on how she lost her weight she said,
“And I want to tell all the women & mamas messaging me that I have not lost the baby weight. I have a mama belly & am softer all over.”

Being a mom has its ups and downs as well
She also said that sometimes she feels guilty of not doing enough but that is also part of the journey. She said that giving birth to a child might be one of the hardest things that women do because,
“alongside the absolute joy is a loss of self , massive hormonal shifts, I am paranoid about protecting my baby all the time, I fight with my husband & mom most days and cry in the shower without fail every day. And that is OK.”
Sharing a picture of herself in her ‘Sunday best’ and holding her daughter Noor, Natasha gave a message to all the new moms out there to not be so hard on themselves.
“I don’t have it all together and I don’t have all the answers. I am learning to be a mom alongside my Noor, falling apart most of the time but then getting up and trying again. To everyone who struggles , I feel you and send so much power & love to all mamas & women out there. We are absolutely powerful & incredible in every way , don’t let anyone make you feel any different.”
