Stardom has taken many Pakistani celebrities to different corners of the world for interviews, award shows, and other exciting events. But fans especially connect with their favorite stars when they sit down for an interview, revealing all of their life’s secrets. Nazish Jahangir is one of those popular celebrities that have achieved great heights of success in a short span of time. And recently, the 32-year-old sat down for an interview with Nida Yasir to reveal interesting details about herself.
Nazish started her television acting career almost three years ago with the role of Samia in the ARY Digital show Bharosa. She has since been a part of several hit dramas including Thays, Mere Mohsin, Saraab, and Ghamandi.
But the star revealed in the interview that she never thought of pursuing this career of performing arts. Actor Jamal Shah, who was her teacher in art college, pushed her to become an actress. While she was always interested in theatre, Nazish never considered acting as a career.
I was always interested in theatre, in fact, I started off in the theatre. Then I did commercial theatre with Anwar Maqsood, and it was there that I was offered a serial.
Every person’s success is highly [if not entirely] dependent on their parents’ support, and Nazish has been blessed with the support of her father throughout her career.
He was concerned at first but I left the decision to him. I told him if he was okay with it, I would do it and if not, it’s not a big deal. But he told me that if I want to do it, then I must or I’ll keep overthinking about it.
Fans and followers adore the Kahin Deep Jaley actress for not just her superb performances but also for her stunning features. In the interview, Nazish also revealed the secret to her beauty- attributing her beauty to her Kashmiri roots.
Nazish also says she drinks a lot of water for healthy, glowing skin. But when the star is in Karachi, her skin becomes problematic and that is when push comes to shove.
Karachi doesn’t suit my skin and hair, and I think I’m not the only one with this dilemma. Punjab’s water is better.
She further added that regular oiling and protein treatments have really made her hair healthier and more luscious.
Currently, Nazish Jahangir has 287 thousand followers on her Instagram account, and the numbers are growing at a staggering rate. What do you think of her interview with Nida Yasir? Share your views in the comments section.
