Yesterday, reports speculated that Neelum Muneer is unwell. The actress took to social media today to confirm, that she has tested positive for coronavirus, requesting people to take it seriously and observe all SOP’s.
The Bikhray Moti actress revealed that she is in quarantine as her test results came out positive.
“I would like to give you all an update of some of the things I have been going through on my end, since the past couple of days. I have tested positive for COVID-19, however, my family members are all safe and healthy, Alhamdulillah.”
She also went on to say that fighting the virus has been one of the most difficult challenges for her and her family. Her family is safe and healthy and Neelam herself is feeling much better now.
Concluding her post, she requested her fans and followers to pray for her health and asked them to take care of themselves and their loved ones.
“I request all of my well-wishers to please pray for my speedy recovery and request all of you to please observe SOPs. Protect your loved ones by wearing masks in public places, avoid large gatherings, boost your immune system and above all, trust in Allah.”
In the past few days, many showbiz personalities also fell victim to coronavirus. Just recently, veteran actor Behroz Sabzwari was admitted to the hospital after he had tested positive for the coronavirus. However, his son and actor Shahroz Sabzwari shared that he is recovering well.
