‘New Models Don’t Have Class Or Personality’, Thinks Nadia Hussain, Model Sarah Zulfiqar Calls Her Out

Model Sarah Zulfiqar calls out former supermodel Nadia Hussain for her elitist remarks regarding newer models.  As a “newer” model, Sarah had a lot to share from her own personal experience.

Recently, Nadia Hussain and fashion designer Deepak Perwani made an appearance on the talk show Time Out with Ahsan Khan. Deepak and Nadia aired their grievances and talked about how things were back in their time. The latter came under fire as Nadia made some harsh statements about the current generation of models in the fashion industry.

“Back in our day, we’d gather 20 girls for one show,” Nadia said, stating that there is no criteria for selection anymore as anyone can become a model. “The new models aren’t educated. They don’t have class or a personality.”

Nadia’s comments caught the eye of young model Sarah Zulfiqar, who did not hold back. Sarah put the former supermodel on blast with a series of statements on Instagram.

“Her statement reeks of insecurity and elitism,” Sarah wrote. “People who are confident in their own backgrounds and know their worth really don’t act like this. What is the point of being so ‘educated’ and receiving so much exposure if you haven’t learnt anything?”

Sarah also emphasized there are models far more intelligent and mature than Nadia and she should stop complaining about other people.

“I think people should focus on their own decisions and abilities and what they bring to the table as individuals instead of b-tching about everyone else,” Sarah ends her rant with a bang.

We’ll have to see how Nadia Hussain responds. Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
