The renowned Pakistani fashion house, NickieNina, is set to unveil a heartfelt collection and a cinematic tribute in memory of its late creative director, Nickie Nazir, who passed away earlier this year.
The brand, founded by the dynamic sister duo of Nickie Nazir and Nina Khan, has been a significant influence on Pakistani fashion since its inception in 1990.
In honor of Nickie Nazir’s legacy and her enduring impact on the fashion industry, NickieNina will launch a collection and a fashion film titled “Nickie” on September 22, 2023. This collection is particularly poignant as it represents the last collaborative work of Nickie and Nina before Nickie’s untimely passing.

The “Nickie” fashion collection, showcased in the accompanying fashion film, draws inspiration from the historical eras of the Mughal Empire and the British Raj. The collection seamlessly blends classic opulence with timeless allure, featuring a rich palette ranging from deep reds to soft, subtle pinks and blues.
The fashion film, “Nickie,” is directed by Abdullah Harris and photographed by Khawar Riaz. It features an ensemble cast of individuals who played significant roles in Nickie Nazir’s life and work, including Mira Sethi, Hira Mani, Nadia Jamil, Nusrat Jamil, Vaneeza Ahmad, Mehreen Syed, Fouzia Aman, Fatima Hasan, Jaweria Ali, and Eesha Assad.
The film’s creative style direction is led by Tabesh Khoja of Nabila, with hair and makeup by the Nabila team, art direction by Yousaf Shahbaz, and jewelry by Neemar.
