The morning show queen, Nida Yasir recently appeared in Hafiz Ahmed’s podcast and talked about the increasing rate of divorces in society.
Nida Yasir emphasized,
People nowadays have a better understanding of their rights compared to the past. This heightened awareness helps them recognize when something is going wrong in their relationships and have a clearer idea of how their lives should be.
She went on, “This sometimes leads to a quick reaction of ending the relationship rather than trying to work through the issues, which should be the initial response”.
Explaining the importance of the relationships Nida further said,
If people are informed and aware of their rights, Allah hasn’t said to separate them. When you commit and marry someone, you have to make repeated efforts to sustain the relationship.
She also shared her own experience, mentioning, “My husband (Yasir Nawaz) and I have had several arguments. It’s normal and happens in every couple”.
