These Ramadan dramas are joyful, mindless watches that are perfect for families to sit together and indulge in some entertaining content. But this time, fans feel the ‘wow factor’ from the dramas is amiss. Avid drama watchers are perhaps missing the charm and catchy storyline of the drama Suno Chanda, which kickstarted the trend of rom-com during Ramadan.
The race of producing the best Ramadan special play started with the massive success of Hum TV’s Suno Chanda which took the nation and social media by storm. Serials like Suno Chanda, Suno Chanda 2, Chupke Chupke, Ishq Jalebi, and Tana Bana become a benchmark for producing such content.
We are super ecstatic to watch the latest 3 Ramadan dramas on different channels like Chaudhry and Sons, Hum Tum, and Paristaan. And all of them are the brainchild of Saima Akram Chaudhry who is the queen of Ramadan shows.
Although these serials have different content, hidden societal messages, and humor most audiences are still not satisfied with them. They are missing Farhan Saeed and Iqra Aziz’s popular serial Suno Chanda and comparing these dramas with it.
