Noor Bukhari was a very popular Lollywood actress of her time. The former actress has starred in a lot films in the 90s and early 2000s.
She does not appear much on media these days as she has left the showbiz industry. The former actress has moved on from that chapter of her life as she now dedicates herself to an Islamic lifestyle.
She has distanced herself from showbiz, so much so that she does not want her daughters to follow in her footsteps and become part of the entertainment industry.
In a recent interview, Noor spoke about how much she has changed ever since she left the industry. She talked about how she was not at peace during her time in showbiz. The actress also talked about the bond she shares with her daughters, Fatima and Shehr Bano.
Here’s what she had to say.
“Allah has blessed me with another daughter. I believe that daughters are the most precious gift of Allah. Fatima and Shehr Bano shared a beautiful bond and I am blessed about that. I am blessed that Allah has led me towards right path, everything I do is for Allah.”

The former actress also talked about fashion and how she has stopped doing makeup and wearing glamorous outfits.
“I want to blow dry me hair, I want to do fashion. Its been three years now. Even my daughter asks sometimes: ‘ Mama don’t you know how to do fashion?’. I resist myself for Allah. There was no peace in my life, when I reverted back people talked a lot about me, but now I have peace in my life. Now I enjoy being alone. I don’t need no gatherings now.”
However, Noor stated she has plans for a return to the media industry as she hopes to make a series similar to Ertugrul.
“Once my daughters would be grown up and become independent I have a plan to make a series like Ertugrul. I want to make a movie or a series in which I’d quote Ayaat from Quran-e-Pak”
