Fans found Javeria’s role to be quite unimpressive and futile

Ramadan special Paristan created all the buzz on social media with its first few episodes. Fans are thrilled to see the pairing of Aymen Saleem with Arsalan Naseer. Meanwhile, netizens criticize Javeria Saud for her overacting.

Lubna Faryad as known as Amma usually is famous for giving humorous drama reviews and talking about the glitches and hitches in the Punjabi language. Recently, Javeria Saud came under her critical eye and Faryad said she did not like Javeria’s futile character at all in the drama Paristan.

Javeria Saud is playing the character of Pari’s aunt who speaks Punjabi and is a problem child. Referring to her Punjabi in the drama, Amma said

“It was not Punjabi or not even Urdu. As much as I liked Mira Sethi’s character, on the contrary, I equally disliked Javeria’s character.”

Lubna Faryad further said that a Punjabi character should be given to someone who could speak it in a proper way. They give such character to the people of Karachi who are unable to speak pure Punjabi and we feel like punching them in the face instead.
