This week’s episode of Pehli Si Mohabbat picks up right as Rakshi was headed out the door. On her way out she watches the exchange between Nargis and her ex, and everything changes.
Despite Nargis repeatedly telling him no, this man keeps coming back for validation. Yet Nargis is adamant that respect trumps all.

That exchange changes everything for Rakshi. She realizes she cannot betray her father and stepmom and shirk respect and honor for love. She understands that ‘not all is fair in love’, because love demands sacrifice.
We see even more teary exchanges between the mother-daughter duo that stole our hearts.
Meanwhile, we see Zainab and Muraad’s relationship improving. The exchange of vulnerability between the two is heartwarming. Yet the strain in their relationship although subdued still remains.
On the other hand, Sikander is riled up by Zainab’s lack of reaction and goes out to find out why. That’s when he stumbles across Aslam lurking around Rakshi’s home. He then takes this opportunity to return the beat down he received when he showed up at Zainab’s wedding.
Aslam’s family is taken aback when they discover their child is on the verge of death as they upheld their egos.
Yet even now Akram wants to approach the issue with rage. For once Murad is the one with a cool head.
