The latest incident between the Pakistani actress, Armeena Khan, and Pakistan’s political party, PMLN, sparked quite a controversy on social media. The PMLN’s official Twitter account shared the picture of Armeena with her toddler and accused her of being sick-minded. This enraged many citizens and infuriated the actress’s husband for dragging their little daughter into this matter.
All of this hullabaloo started when a young PTI worker based in London, Shayan Ali, shared a video on his Twitter handle where a woman can be seen ridiculing Maryam Nawaz while pretending to take a selfie.

After taking the picture, the girl demands Maryam Nawaz to say that her family is ‘chor’. Maryam Nawaz appeared to smile and ignore the behavior. The incident has drawn criticism and backlash from various quarters which was clearly unacceptable.
After the video went viral, Armeena Khan shared her stance on freedom of speech in the UK.

This tweet created a stir on social media because an innocent child was dragged into this dirty politics. In response, Armeena retweeted that Maryam Nawaz must have hated the babies to go to this level.
