PTI Power Show In Lahore: Glimpses From Imran Khan’s Jalsa [Pictures]

Ever since the National Assembly’s No-Confidence voting saw Imran Khan being ousted from the PM’s office, the nation has rallied out in support of the skipper, rejecting what they call the ‘imported government’. Millions have come out of their homes, taking to the streets in support of the ousted former Prime Minister at the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) jalsa happening across the cities.

Ex-PM, Imran Khan has taken it to the streets and is conducting city to city jalsas, starting from Peshawar and then in Karachi. And the third stop was Lahore last night, where the Pakistani nation joined in full swing.

Imran Khan’s Lahore Jalsa was quite the power show. According to reports, over 60,000 people were present at the venue. That’s not even counting the people gathered around the screens. This power show in the historical Minar-e-Pakistan grounds comes after a huge turnout in Peshawar and Karachi. Kaptaan further revealed plans to head to Islamabad next.

Lahoris embraced the PTI narrative with enthusiasm. Men, women, children, and some even in wheelchairs joined in, carrying PTI and Pakistan flags, banners, and posters. Some were even donning kurtas printed with Imran Khan’s face, their faces painted with stripes in the party’s red and green colors. Here have a look at some of the glimpses from last night’s power show.

Outside the venue, there were hundreds of those who couldn’t make it inside due to the pulsating, ever-increasing crowd at the PTI jalsa.
