The social media influencer with the most followers on TikTok, has disclosed what he makes from advertisers with just one post on the platform. And it is an astounding amount of money!
In an exclusive with Fortune, Lame’s manager, Alessandro Riggio, revealed that the 22-year-old is on his way to earning $10 million this year.
All thanks to his TikTok fame and subsequent endorsements and collabs with others. Fortune reviewed the documents, which also revealed that he earned $750,000 from a major Hollywood studio for one TikTok video.
Most of Lame’s income now comes from brand deals. These are mentions in the form of online content. On average, he is estimated to make around $400,000 per TikTok clip that he created for any given product or brand.
After skyrocketing to fame, he began associating with bigwigs such as the likes of rapper Snoop Dogg, actor Idris Elba, and singer Jason Derulo.
In fact, he even landed a collection with Hugo Boss. The apparel brand paid him $450,000 to walk for their Milan fashion week show. As well as endorse the brand on his platforms.
Additionally, according to a contract reviewed by Fortune, he was also paid $750,000 by a major Hollywood studio for a single TikTok.
Khaby Lame became TikTok’s most popular creator in June 2022. He gradually rose to fame with his reaction videos to ‘easy hacks’. From 142.8 million followers to his name to a whopping 149.5 million and climbing.
