Ramsha Khan is a 26-year-old Pakistani actress who has been gracing our television screens for the past 5 years. Although Ramsha has not married yet, she has advice for young females, like herself, for when they think about tying the knot.
Ramsha made her acting debut in 2017 with the role of Misha in the Pakistani film Thora Jee Le. Since then Ramsha has been cast for numerous television shows. Her most recent work includes her roles in television dramas such as Shehnai, Ghisi Piti Mohabbat, and Ishqiya.
Apart from her work on the big and small screen, Ramsha has also appeared as a model for big-name Pakistani brands. Her most recent shoot was for the clothing brand Asim Jofa’s spring collection.
Recently, Ramsha Khan appeared in an interview for Samaa TV and shared the 5 rules she wants every girl to follow before they get married. She said:
Be financially independent. You should have your own identity, your own career. I think this is the most important thing because you need to have a backup plan. My mother always tells me that I should have my own business or investment. Because you never know anything can happen in your life.
She further added that in case you see financial problems as a married woman, you will have something to fall back to. Her second point was that girls should not get married because of societal pressure.
Some people [phuppo and khala] say that you’re getting older and should tie the knot. I don’t think it’s embarrassing if you’re 30 and you’re single. As long as you’re working and as long as you have it going on for you, it doesn’t matter.
Ramsha Khan also added that one should be emotionally and mentally ready before they get married. In addition to this, she also believes that partners should check their compatibility and make sure they are on the same page.
